Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy

If you are unhappy with your experience with us, or your need to sell has changed, we ask that you Contact Us and give us the opportunity to resolve any issue at the earliest possible moment. If you remain dissatisfied after we have tried to resolve your issues, you may request a refund on the following terms:
Before your property is listed:
- At any time within 14 days of placing an order and your property has NOT been listed in the MLS, you may request a refund of your listing fee, less the cost of merchandise that has been shipped. The Lockbox lease fee and deposit will be fully refunded less the shipping fees from the pre-paid postage label that was provided. Once the lockbox has been received by List and Save Real Estate, your lockbox deposit refund will be processed.
- After 14 days no refunds will be given.
- If we find any fraudulent representations, such as not having the authority to list the property, or owner misrepresentations of the property, no refunds will be given.
- We sincerely request an opportunity to correct any issues or problems but if we are unable to do so, you may request a refund: Contact Us.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your MLS listing at any time by submitting a Support Request through our website (assuming there is not a contract pending). Listings not placed in the CVRMLS have no termination fees or other penalties in the event that you wish to cancel your listing prior to the property being placed in the MLS as active or coming soon status, less the cost of shipping fees and purchase of merchandise. However, no refunds will be provided after your property has been uploaded to the MLS as coming soon or active except for the lock box lease fee once the lock box is returned to List and Safe Real Estate. If you wish to reinstate your canceled MLS listing within the term of the listing agreement you may do so but there will be a reinstatement fee of $25 plus the cost of any merchandise or lockbox fee and shipping fees.
Merchandise Refund Policy
No merchandise items (items that are shipped to you) are refundable once shipped. This includes signs and marketing materials etc. Once they are shipped, no refunds will be allowed except for the lease payment for the lockbox. The deposit fee will only be refunded after the lock box is returned to List and Save Real Estate less the cost of the pre-paid shipping label that was provided to you.
